Wonderfully Ordained Woman - Who is She?
A wonderfully Ordained Woman embodies a harmonious blend of wisdom, grace, and strength. Her ordination from God is not just a title but a testament to her profound dedication to her God, faith, family and community. She serves as a beacon of hope and inspiration, guiding others through her compassionate actions and thoughtful words. Her presence is a living testament to the Holy Spirits power in her life and His nurturing leadership pouring through her to others where empathy and understanding are her primary tools. Whether she is leading a congregation or offering solace ,a wonderfully Ordained Woman leaves an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of those she touches, fostering a sense of unity and purpose. Before being called the daughter of two earthly parents , sister, wife, mother, aunt or even friend, God called her HIS daughter and Wonderfully and Fearfully created her to be a Woman. BE HER. Healing. Equipped. Responding to the call on her life.

Addressing Challenges Faced by Women in Our Community
When God says NO.
by Allison Flores
Last night, I had a conversation with one of my closest friends, my former lover. I was finally able to pray for him the way God had asked me to.
What was once a beautiful, intimate, intertwining of two souls turned unsafe, distrustful and unknowing. I have been single since our break-up, which was back in March. I was coming out of desperation, & I found myself burning out in areas I neglected because all my time & energy had been focused on people-pleasing. I took an academic break from school & not to mention my home and professional life was suffering.
I found myself in a pit of pride, & I didn't want to be there anymore. With two young children, & a full-time job, it had been a challenge to just feel anything at this point. I finally made time to break. And I mean actually break. I cried for about 20 minutes the next morning completely in awe of God during my shower.
I asked the Lord for forgiveness, for freedom. I wanted the freedom that comes with forgiveness. I was tired of being in bondage with this person. I asked God to cleanse me.
The song that was playing in the background of this intimate moment was "What a God" - by SEU Worship. Now, I never hear that song the same. This temporal instrument turned my breaking into something unexpectedly beautiful.
The refiners fire.
The fuller's soap.
Though the song had an end, the Holy Spirit put in my mind Malachi 3:2:
"But who can endure the day of his coming? And who can stand when he appears? For he is like a refiner's fire and like a fuller's soap."
At first read, this seemed cruel. The definition of fuller's soap is like a physical extraction; a removal of stains from cloth- by a beating-like action. Restoring it to its purified form. The definition of refiner's fire, which burns away impurities- described the fire inside of me as hot and intense, destroying what is not pure.
That day I found myself taking the metaphorical form of both cloth and metal.
In comparison, two extremely different substances. Two extremely different purposes.
Both glorified by my Father.
That day, I welcomed Salvation and Judgement.
That day, My Father told me, "No."

Spiritual = Maturity
Have you ever encountered a moment of fleshing out? I'm not talking about everyday life stress like getting the kids to school on time when everyone decided to over sleep and still have to come home, pick up the breakfast mess and get ready for work and high tail it out the house trying to be on time kind of flesh craziness. I'm talking about, why do leaders who have been in ministry for over 30 years behaving like spoiled children? I don't know about you but I worked hard at shedding my old thinking patterns and habits to renew my mind and i crucify my flesh daily. When I say worked hard I'm not talking about a physical effort on my part although some physical effort is required, I'm talking about the crushing and testing I went through to crucify my flesh. I did all this and continue to do so daily because I take the call on my life seriously. I think about these 2 verses in the word when I'm tempted to step into the flesh and choke somebody out for the disrespect my flesh feels in that moment. The first one is Hebrews 6:1-12 NLT
1So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God. 2You don’t need further instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. 3And so, God willing, we will move forward to further understanding.
4For it is impossible to bring back to repentance those who were once enlightened—those who have experienced the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit, 5who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the power of the age to come— 6and who then turn away from God.(when we deliberately choose flesh over Holy Spirit) It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance; by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing him to the cross once again and holding him up to public shame.
7When the ground soaks up the falling rain and bears a good crop for the farmer, it has God’s blessing. 8But if a field bears thorns and thistles, it is useless. The farmer will soon condemn that field and burn it.
9Dear friends, even though we are talking this way, we really don’t believe it applies to you. We are confident that you are meant for better things, things that come with salvation. 10For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do. 11Our great desire is that you will keep on loving others as long as life lasts, in order to make certain that what you hope for will come true. 12Then you will not become spiritually dull and indifferent. Instead, you will follow the example of those who are going to inherit God’s promises because of their faith and endurance.
The 2nd......
Romans 8:9 NLT
But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.)
See it doesn't mean I can't ever feel like choking someone out, it means what I feel and do are two different Spirits working on the inside of me. If I truly have the Spirit of God and have matured the Spirit of God which is power, love, sound mind, and self control will win every time! If you are having a hard time controlling your emotions, your temper, your mouth, your attitude and its all negative or if you are struggling with obedience and can't forgive or your mean and rude and find it hard to love and have grace and mercy for others I would encourage you to ask the father to take you through a crushing and renewal of your mind and heart. Ask him daily to renew a steadfast heart and contrite spirit within you and if their be any iniquity in you to purge it far from you. Ask Him to deliver you from the spirits that are controlling and influencing you. Ask to be set free and be willing to do whatever it takes to get that freedom. I pray peace and the strength that comes from the Joy of the Lord over each of you in Jesus name amen.
Happy Thanksgiving!
